If I could only choose one essential oil, it would be helichrysum. There is nothing else like it and everyone needs it.

Recently I had my first bee sting. Typically I recommend lavender essential oil because that is what I've always been told. It helped, but I wondered about helichrysum. After applying twice, the pain was gone, but I could still feel the bump under my foot when I walked. After less than a day it was completely gone - which, from what I've heard, is significantly faster than it typically takes for relief.
