This system is intended to be SIMPLE to use, very visible, and provide structure without rigidity. I use the word rhythm because it allows my brain to feel more flow rather than "routine" which my brain links to checkboxes that have to be done at all costs. 
 
These worksheets give your brain direction for what is important while allowing space and time flexibility to still be spontaneous or go-with-the-flow.
