Vanilla Paste
Use just as you would extract. Paste is made with whole beans ground up so you get the added texture from the caviar and pod. Best for baked goods.
Each jar is 4oz. Madagascar Bourbon cure beans
Ingredients: Granulated sugar, grain alcohol, distilled water,Madagascar (v.planifolia) vanilla beans, raw unfiltered honey, xanthan gum
Use 1:1 ratio as vanilla extract (ie. 1 tsp of extract is the same as 1 tsp paste)

I understand that vanilla paste is made with alcohol. Alcohol is used to extract the flavor and properties of vanilla (or other elements) to create a concentrate. Vanilla extract contains vanillin, natural sugars, tannins, and other constituents. It is intended to flavor food and beverages and should be used in small quantities. Extracts are not intended for drinking and can make one ill if improperly consumed. This is an extract, not an alcoholic beverage. Store in an area not easily accessible to children.
